Labels that change with heat
Drink temperature labels, hot-reveal cup labels, touch-activated labels and temperature indicators, printed in our own factory and tested at the temperature your product lives at.
Touch to warm
Activated at 31 °C On a real label your hand does this in a few seconds and it fades back as it cools. We send physical samples to try
At room temperature it is quiet black ink. Warm it past the point and it blooms into colour. Let it cool and it waits for the next hand. One label, two moments — and the second one is the one people remember.

Colour locked in a capsule
Thermochromic ink is millions of tiny capsules printed over your artwork. Heat changes what happens inside them.
- 01CoolDye and developer sit together inside each capsule, so the ink shows its colour.
- 02WarmAt the activation point a wax inside melts and pulls them apart. The colour clears.
- 03ReturnAs it cools the wax sets again and the colour comes back. Irreversible inks stay changed.
Reversible, irreversible and liquid crystal inks all print on our standard label lines: synthetic PP, clear PET or paper, sheets or rolls.

Questions buyers ask first
At what temperature can the colour change?
Reversible labels are commonly made between about 10 and 65 °C — for example 25 °C for drinks, about 31 °C for hand warmth and about 50 °C for hot cups. Irreversible indicators are set to your limit. Every point is confirmed by a sample test before production.
What is the difference between reversible and irreversible?
Reversible ink changes and changes back on every heat–cool cycle, which suits drinks, toys and warnings. Irreversible ink changes once and stays changed, so it records that a limit was exceeded.
Can the change cover only part of the label?
Yes. The thermochromic layer can cover the whole label or only a logo, a word, a symbol or a band, and you choose the colours — black to red, colour to clear or a hidden picture underneath.
Will the labels hold on cold, wet cups and cans?
We choose face material and adhesive for the surface. For chilled and wet containers we use water- and moisture-resistant materials with strong adhesive that peels without residue, and test on your real container.
How should thermochromic labels be stored?
Cool and dark, away from strong UV light and solvents, which shorten the life of the effect. Keep rolls in their bags until use.
Are you a factory or a trader?
A factory. Dongguan Shengtian Printing Co., Ltd. prints the labels in its own plant in Daojiao, Dongguan, and is ISO 9001:2015 and FSC® Chain of Custody certified.
